We offer two options for homeowners, staring at the following price points for in-metro homes under 4,000 square feet:
$350 onsite verbal consultation (no written deliverable)*
$450 onsite consultation, plus a stamped report within 1-3 business days
*If a verbal consultation is booked and a stamped report subsequently requested, there is an additional $250 fee for report delivery within 5 business days. This higher fee covers the unexpected time and schedule changes needed to provide to provide a report on short notice.
