Not knowing about foundations, I kind of panicked because we just spent all this money and I'm not sure if I can trust my contractor's word or not, you know?

They originally couldn't get me in until much later but found a way to get me in a lot quicker and I just appreciate Chrystal going out of their way for me. Dan came out and he was really thorough in explaining the structural integrity of my foundation. he also went out of his way to educate me on ways I could redirect water from the foundation and I felt like I explained/educated more than what I paid for. “The guy who did it was very nice polite and professional, knew what he was doing. He was fast and efficient. Had what he needed to do the job on hand. He finished his measurements and filled out a report and explained to me what he saw as well as told me what and if anything was necessary to keep the structure safe as well as options. I was pleased with him and even though I don't have lots of situations to hire a structural engineer if I need another I would definitely call this guy or company again. It was worth my money I feel. Plus there's a lot more areas the company can be used besides my structural inspection. Even if I need to change walls or edit my floor plan in anyway they do that as well and that situation I would not hesitate calling him. When he was done he gave me a one on one verbal summary of the highlights of his findings, and his concerns. And while he was, to me at least, clearly quite knowledgeable, he used plain language that I could understand, while still managing to clearly convey the information. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of my 100 questions (it’s a very old house, so I had LOTs of questions) while following me around to a few spots that I had concerns about.
